Scouting And Guiding Qualifications-
- Individuals holding a President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger title or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) in any section are eligible.
- Candidates must have been active members of a Scouts organization for the past 5 years. The “Certificate of Activeness” should adhere to the specifications outlined in Annexure-III.
- Applicants should have participated in two events at the National level or All Indian Railwaysโ level, as well as two events at the State level.

Selection Process
- The organization will summon eligible candidates who apply in response to the notification for the Written Examination.
- The organization will shortlist only candidates who have achieved a minimum of 35% marks in the Written Test and are within five times the number of vacancies for document verification, during which marks based on their certificates will be awarded.
- The merit list generated from the Written Test will serve as the criterion for shortlisting candidates for document verification (DV).
