Educational Qualifications: Details are Given Below

Research Associate-

• A postgraduate degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in research, projects, or teaching, or possessing an M.Phil./M.Tech.
• A fundamental understanding of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc., is also necessary.
• Desirable: Proficiency in data analysis, survey and questionnaire design, and advanced computer skills, especially in statistical software, are required.
• Ideal: Competence in STATA, along with a prior understanding of regression analysis and fundamental econometrics, is essential.

Research Assistant-

• A postgraduate degree in any quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or a B. Tech degree with fundamental skills in computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc., is also necessary.
• Desirable:  Proficient in statistical software with experience in data analysis, survey and questionnaire design, and other related tasks. Advanced computer skills are a prerequisite.
• Ideal: Adept in STATA with a foundational understanding of regression analysis and basic econometrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Support faculty in crafting questionnaires and conducting interviews for surveys, necessitating field visits.
• Compile field-collected survey data into a usable format.
• Perform statistical tests on the data as directed by faculty.
• Generate documents and reports based on data analysis when needed.
• Conduct literature reviews, and surveys of existing work, and compile relevant research activities as instructed by faculty members.

Selection Process- IIM Lucknow Recruitment

• The selection process will based on Interviews. Interview attendees will not receive any reimbursement for travel expenses (TA/DA).
• Candidates shortlisted for further proceedings will be contacted via telephone or email for additional interaction or interviews as needed.
• IIM Lucknow’s decision regarding shortlisting and recruitment is conclusive and binding.
