Educational Qualification
  • Individuals who have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution are eligible to apply for the mentioned SBI Specialist Cadre Officer vacancies.

AND

  • Candidates holding degrees in MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM, MMS (Finance), CA (Chartered Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or ICWA (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) are eligible for the mentioned SBI Specialist Cadre Officer vacancies.
Experience
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit. This experience should be gained after completing MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM, MMS (Finance), CA, CFA, or ICWA.
  • The experience should have been acquired in a supervisory or management role in Corporate Credit within a Scheduled Commercial Bank or its associate/ subsidiary, or a Public sector or listed financial institution company.
  • High-value credit post-qualification experience is mandatory.
  • Appraisal/assessment experience required in Credit proposals of medium/large Corporations gained post-MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA.

Selection Process:
