Selection Process – MountBlue Off-Campus Drive

Stage 1: Remote Coding Test Live Coding Interview: At times, we may require additional insights into your skills, prompting an invitation for a live interview.

Stage 2: Fit/HR Assessment for candidates who successfully pass Stage 1.

Note:

  • The initial three months (training) come with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
  • Following the training, for the next 12 months, the stipend increases to ₹33,400 per month, summing up to ₹4.01 lakh.
  • Compensation beyond the 15-month stipend period is contingent on individual performance, typically falling within the range of ₹8 to ₹12 lakh.
