  • Minimum of 2 years of end-user or domain experience in Oracle Cloud ERP-based packages, encompassing Finance, SCM, EPM, CX, or HCM modules.
  • Required knowledge includes either process understanding or domain knowledge in one or two areas, along with awareness of ITIL, COBIT, CMM, Six Sigma, and other operational process frameworks. Additionally, familiarity with Cloud, ERP Finance, ESM tools, and architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Problem Definition: The Associate Consultant conducts secondary research to identify problem areas, aiding in the precise definition of the issue.
  • Effort Estimation and Proposal Development: The Associate Consultant conducts secondary research or collaborates with vendors to gather data points for accurate effort estimation and proposal development, ensuring alignment with customer and Infosys requirements.
  • Diagnostic/Discovery/As-Is Assessment: The Associate Consultant reviews diagnostic/As-Is Assessment/Audit reports to grasp recommendations for informing the next project phase (for small projects). Additionally, they contribute to the diagnostic/As-Is Assessment/Audit report.
  • Solution Evaluation and Recommendation: The Associate Consultant comprehends recommended solutions, explores alternatives through research (literature survey, public domain information, repository data, vendor evaluations), develops POCs, and solicits reviews to assist in providing solution alternatives.
  • Product/Solution Development: The Associate Consultant configures/evaluates industry micro-vertical/service/solution requirements, documents these in presentations, and creates solution brochures to aid the Team Lead in solution development, product selection, and documentation.
  • Quality Management: The Associate Consultant collaborates with the Project Manager to adhere to the methodology and capture pertinent data across project phases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to the customer. This responsibility applies when working with project managers and is necessary to capture required data in relevant project phases.
  • Knowledge Management: Under supervisor guidance, the Associate Consultant publishes BOKs to contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives.
